About
Detailed Presentation
In a professional environment marked by constant urgency, mental overload and continuous demands, effective time management is no longer a comfort but a core professional skill. This training programme offers a structured, practical and progressive approach to regaining control of your daily organisation. It helps you identify your true priorities, understand the mechanisms behind procrastination, neutralise time-wasters and plan your days with greater clarity and calm. Through proven tools (Eisenhower Matrix, Pareto Principle, NERAC method, personal time audit) and guided self-reflection exercises, you will develop a more conscious approach to time management, aligned with your professional goals and personal balance.
Overview
What this course covers
Time and priority management is an online UpSkills course in Personal Development, Effectiveness & Wellbeing at Work, organised into 20 modules, 21 lessons and 3h 35m of content. Each sequence pairs theory with hands-on practice so that what you learn transfers directly to a real professional setting.
By the end of this programme you will be able to identify real priorities and distinguish between urgent and important tasks, understand and overcome the mechanisms of procrastination, recognise and effectively limit major time-wasters and use practical tools for prioritisation and planning. These skills are built up gradually across the course, consolidating the fundamentals before moving on to more advanced material.
The learning path opens with “Course overview and objectives” and closes with “QCM – Gestion du temps et des priorités”, taking in “Pourquoi se former à la gestion du temps”, “Self-assessment” and “The Rocks Metaphor” along the way. The sequence is designed so each module builds on the one before it.
This course is aimed at learners at beginner level looking to build their skills in Personal Development, Effectiveness & Wellbeing at Work. It suits both individual upskilling and a company-led development plan, and needs no special software or equipment to follow.
The programme is led by Nawal EL FARJI, who brings 22 years of experience in the field; you learn at your own pace, with no fixed schedule, from desktop, tablet or mobile; an UpSkills certificate is issued once you complete the course.
