About
Detailed Presentation
Psychosocial risks are now a major challenge for organisations. Chronic stress, conflict, disengagement and burnout have a direct impact on employee health, collective performance and team stability. This training programme offers a progressive and practical approach to understanding psychosocial risks, identifying their causes and assessing their impact on individuals and organisations. It places strong emphasis on prevention, the key role of managers, team involvement and the implementation of sustainable actions. Through diagnostic tools, real-life workplace examples and practical exercises, participants develop a comprehensive and operational understanding of psychosocial risk prevention. The aim is to foster a healthier, more engaged and more productive working environment, while embedding prevention within a continuous improvement process.
Overview
What this course covers
Preventing psychosocial risks is an online UpSkills course in Personal Development, Effectiveness & Wellbeing at Work, organised into 17 modules, 17 lessons and 4h 16m of content. Each sequence pairs theory with hands-on practice so that what you learn transfers directly to a real professional setting.
By the end of this programme you will be able to understand psychosocial risks, their different forms and their impact on health and performance and identify organisational, relational and individual risk factors. These skills are built up gradually across the course, consolidating the fundamentals before moving on to more advanced material.
The learning path opens with “Understanding psychosocial risks (PSR)” and closes with “QCM – La prévention des risques psychosociaux (RPS)”, taking in “Identifying risk factors”, “The impacts of psychosocial risks” and “Principles of psychosocial risk prevention” along the way. The sequence is designed so each module builds on the one before it.
This course is aimed at learners at beginner level looking to build their skills in Personal Development, Effectiveness & Wellbeing at Work. It suits both individual upskilling and a company-led development plan, and needs no special software or equipment to follow.
The programme is led by Nawal EL FARJI, who brings 22 years of experience in the field; you learn at your own pace, with no fixed schedule, from desktop, tablet or mobile; an UpSkills certificate is issued once you complete the course.
