Detailed Presentation
In a constantly evolving environment, the ability to lead change has become essential for ensuring organisational performance and resilience. This course offers a clear understanding of the challenges of change, the human behaviours involved in transitions, and the strategic role managers play in supporting their teams. You will explore the different types of change, their impact on individuals and groups, and the key levers that foster buy-in: clear communication, participation, support, training, and recognition. You will also learn how to anticipate resistance, rally employees around a shared vision, and structure a coherent transformation plan. Overview
What this course covers
Change management: tools and mindset is an online UpSkills course in Leadership, Management & Change Management, organised into 16 modules, 16 lessons and 3h 33m of content. Each sequence pairs theory with hands-on practice so that what you learn transfers directly to a real professional setting.
By the end of this programme you will be able to understand the key issues and challenges of organisational change, adopt the right managerial posture to guide and support teams, identify and manage resistance effectively and use essential tools for planning and monitoring change. These skills are built up gradually across the course, consolidating the fundamentals before moving on to more advanced material.
The learning path opens with “Understanding change management and what it involves” and closes with “Change management”, taking in “The manager's stance in the face of change”, “Change management tools” and “Engaging and mobilising teams” along the way. The sequence is designed so each module builds on the one before it.
This course is aimed at learners at intermediate level looking to build their skills in Leadership, Management & Change Management. It suits both individual upskilling and a company-led development plan, and needs no special software or equipment to follow.
The programme is led by Nawal EL FARJI, who brings 22 years of experience in the field; you learn at your own pace, with no fixed schedule, from desktop, tablet or mobile; an UpSkills certificate is issued once you complete the course.
