What this course covers
Inspiring leadership and positive influence is an online UpSkills course in Leadership, Management & Change Management, organised into 18 modules, 18 lessons and 4h 17m of content. Each sequence pairs theory with hands-on practice so that what you learn transfers directly to a real professional setting.
By the end of this programme you will be able to distinguish between management and leadership and understand the impact of inspiring leadership and identify and adapt leadership styles according to situations and team dynamics. These skills are built up gradually across the course, consolidating the fundamentals before moving on to more advanced material.
The learning path opens with “Understanding inspiring leadership and its impact” and closes with “Leadership inspirant”, taking in “Leadership styles”, “Inspiring communication” and “Emotional intelligence and managing relationships” along the way. The sequence is designed so each module builds on the one before it.
