About
Detailed Presentation
A responsible HR policy has become a strategic lever for organisations seeking to combine effectiveness, attractiveness and lasting impact. It goes well beyond the administrative management of human resources, addressing essential issues such as fairness, quality of working life, inclusion, skills development, ethics and social responsibility. This course helps you understand the principles of a responsible HR policy and discover how to translate them into concrete organisational practice. You'll learn to structure fairer HR initiatives, strengthen employee engagement, promote more human management practices and anchor the HR function in a logic of sustainability and responsibility. Designed for beginners, it takes a clear, progressive and practical approach to help participants better integrate the human, social and organisational dimensions of human resources management.
Overview
What this course covers
Putting a responsible HR policy in place is an online UpSkills course in Human Resources, Talent & Organisation, organised into 13 modules, 13 lessons and 2h 49m of content. Each sequence pairs theory with hands-on practice so that what you learn transfers directly to a real professional setting.
By the end of this programme you will be able to understand the foundations of a responsible HR policy, identify the human, social and ethical issues facing the HR function and embed the principles of fairness, inclusion and workplace well-being into HR practices. These skills are built up gradually across the course, consolidating the fundamentals before moving on to more advanced material.
The learning path opens with “Introduction to Management Systems” and closes with “FINAL QUIZ”, taking in “Governance and the legal framework”, “Responsible recruitment” and “Training and development” along the way. The sequence is designed so each module builds on the one before it.
This course is aimed at learners at beginner level looking to build their skills in Human Resources, Talent & Organisation. It suits both individual upskilling and a company-led development plan, and needs no special software or equipment to follow.
The programme is led by Nawal EL FARJI, who brings 22 years of experience in the field; you learn at your own pace, with no fixed schedule, from desktop, tablet or mobile; an UpSkills certificate is issued once you complete the course.
